There are myriad details to attend to in the cultivation, the harvest, production then packaging of our wine and olive oil, followed by the overwinter pruning and composting of grapevines and olive trees. Coordinating all these activities and responsibilities would never be possible without the support of my family members Kirsten, Bill and Cheryl, my foreman, Boni, my winemaker, Tom Leaf and our beloved Poppy.
I have had the privilege to work with Tom since 2012 who has a long history of custom crush wine production. He specializes in small lot, hand-crafted production techniques that are designed to retain the exclusive character of each vineyard and its terroir.
