We will email all wine club members one month before the planned shipments or vineyard pick up to notify you of the weekend dates (Saturday afternoon) for vineyard tasting where you can refine your preferences. Two weeks after the tasting, wine not secured at the time of tasting will be available for pickup or will be shipped to your confirmed address. For those opting for wine pickup but fail to arrange to do so as of 4 weeks after the release, agree to have the wine shipped to the members address at members expense.  For club members not responding to the email announcement for the tasting and upcoming shipment, we will choose wines that most closely reflect your previous selections at the time of shipping.

Perfusion Vineyard is committed to your privacy. We promise not to yield any personal or credit card information to any third party with the exception of the secure storage of by Square for California residents and Vinoshipper for those outside of California, PCI compliant payment portals that we never see nor have access to. Credit cards will only be charged at the time of shipping or pick up. Shipments may be delayed for excessive heat, cold or inclement weather that could threaten spoilage of the wine.

Perfusion Vineyard wine club membership and associated benefits are effective immediately and you agree to receive 3 allotments in one calendar year from the date of signup.

Membership cancellation must be received and confirmed by email reply at least 2 weeks prior to shipment/pickup after a one year (3 shipments) commitment to the wine club.  Members who opt to end their membership prior to receiving their 3 scheduled allotments will be charged for the retail, non-discounted value of the wine received during the partial year of Perfusion Vineyard Wine Club membership.
