Each year we seek one or more alternate sources of grapes from several of the Northern California wine appellations, to round out the family of Perfusion wines. The winemaking, from pressing, fermentation, aging, and blending trials are all carried out in the same San Francisco facility as Perfusion Pinot Noir.
